Client: Turkmenenergo State Power Corporation of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan
- Developing mobilization plans, layout
- Preparation of project 3D models for buildings, facilities, plants
- Preparation of the general sketch album and obtaining the approval of the governorship
- Preparation of 3D models in terms of the suitability of the boundary wall and building facades to the region and obtaining official approvals
- Developing architectural drawings according to Turkmenistan construction norms
- Negotiating and finalizing architectural plans with the Client
- Sorting out and listing the drawings for submission to expertise
- Preparation of documentation for the submission of architectural, construction, electrical and mechanical drawings to expertise, checking the suitability of the project, presentation and follow-up of the expertise
- Ensuring coordination between the project team and the field
- Negotiation and follow-up of official letters from the EP group with the Client
- Uploading projects to the system server
- Approval of finishing materials by the Client (preparation of MAR)
- Quantification of finishing materials and preparation of purchase request
- Checking and improving the shop drawings
- Inspecting subcontractor work progress, work scopes
- Discussing the advertising and decoration details with the Client for approval
- Creating solutions for eliminating field deficiencies in terms of architecture and fire safety
- Preparation of documents and samples for fire test laboratory of fire resistant materials (alucobond, sandwich panel, rock wool, fire resistant doors, red gypsum board etc.),
- Preparation of opening ceremony plans and 3D presentations,
- Arranging and following up the opening ceremony organization,
- Developing and adjusting the architectural as-built drawings.

Client: Turkmenistan Sea and River Transport Vehicles Authority
- Checking and confirming shopdrawings, projects
- Following up that SIR, NCR and RFI opening and closing
- Preparation of application project for the site
- Check the "Progress Payment (invoice)" docs by the subconstractors
- Controlling the appropriateness of the ongoing contructions with projects
