accordance with the received requests… etc

Organization of multimodal (mixed) transportation in accordance as per clients requirements ;
Preparation of instructions for commodity and transport (accompanying) documents (Specifications,
applications, B / L, invoice, Latters, certificates, permits for the cargo, etc.) and control of their execution
by the consignors and consignees. Planning of shipments and organization of cargo transportation.
Control over the timely delivery of goods (cargo), in accordance with the received requests. Scheduling of
cargo transportation, determination of the delivery method and modes of transport, development of supply
chains (sea, road, air and rail transport), optimization of transport routes. Interaction with customs
authorities. Preliminary approval of customs codes and calculation of customs payments. Preparation of
documents for customs clearance. Customs clearance of goods (cost optimization). Maintaining a
database of carriers, agents, forwarders. Management and control over the reception, storage and
distribution of containers in the territory of International Seaport with the most rational use of warehouse
space and downtime. Organization of loading and unloading operations, selection and selection of the
necessary transport mechanisms.

Execute general laboratory works such as mixing and testing of drilling fluids. Ensure that all tests are
carried out according to API 13 standard of testing. To ensure minimum stock level of chemicals inventory
in laboratory to support field operations. Perform quality checks (QAQC) on drilling fluids products and
raw material according to standard test procedures. To enhance existing QAQC and HSE laboratory
procedures program. Provide general technical support in the form of preparing samples, testing and verification activities, and trouble shooting. Involve in assisting technical performance of drilling fluids
formulation based on client specification. Ensure that laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated
accordingly. Involved with LMP operation during mixing SBM and blending operation in mud tank and
check quantity and quality SBM send to rig and received from rig via supply vessel. Checked the vessel
tank before and after transfer operation. Make sure each mud tank been inspect before received the SBM
and brine. To ensure that laboratory safety awareness and practices are strictly being adhered to at all times.
Manage equipment’s and chemicals to be send to rig. Comply with environment management system as
per government (go standard) and Petronas regulation standard.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the office. Prepare and handle contract of workers in TCC and
compile documentation of the contractors including transportation of cuttings from offshore and disposal of
waste to designated place approved from government. In charge of the schedule planning for personnel and
crew change for expat personnel. Prepare report for supporting the expenses approved by manager. Compile
and documented all the license and certificate for TCC operation. Assist manager on renewing expired license
and certificate for operation.

Administrative Assistant in the office of Thermal Plant. Responsible for the day to day running of the
office, translation of oral and written documentation/instructions, maintain contacts and good relationship
with Clients and Contractors, keeping control over observance of Procedures, making reports with
supporting documents related to office financial expenses approved by the Thermal Plant Manager. .
Manage and plan daily information on supplies of equipment and goods and register file documents,
correspondence, and project documentation. Maintain timely preparation of tracking sheets, registration
and filing of documentation related to receipt of drill cuttings from drilling rig. Manage and plan stock of
spare parts and materials, keep inventory of such materials. Responsible for wholehearted, genuine
cooperation with every aspect of the health, safety and environmental program. To participate in SOC
program, HSE Tours, JSA process and all required safety meetings/inductions. Lease with government
authority regarding disposal processed cutting and maintain the safety and environment standard of
government regulation (Example: Safety Certificates of Thermal Plant from Turkmenstandart).
