 Insulation Inspection (Surface preparation, Insulation , Jacketing)
 Wrapping Inspection (Surface preparation, Application of Primer coat , First layer, Second Layer and Holiday Test)
 Working with - PETRONAS TECHNICAL STANDARTS , ISO - standards , Material Technical Data Sheets , Material Safety Data Sheets

 Control the repairing and replace material of vehicles .
 Organization specially meeting between of drivers and mechanics .
 Daily , weekly and monthly inspection of vehicles .
 Log Book of the Vehicles maintains .

 Responsible implementation of the Project Painting & Insulation & Fireproofing, Equipment and Steel Structure Quality System on site during the execution of Site works.
 Review and identify specific requirements and deviation of Contract, Contractual Procedures and International Codes to ensure in compliance with Project Quality Plan and Procedures.
 ACT preparation in accordance with GOST, SNIP and Turkmenistan Standards.
 Review Project Method Statements, site quality inspection reports and WPS prior to submit Company.
 Coordinate specified inspection activities with “Turkmen Standartlary Main State Service”.
 Monitoring of Non-Conformances and site observations. Further investigation and analyze of Non-Conformances along with Construction & Engineering Department for related remedial, prevent actions and closeouts.
 Coordinate all Painting & Coating , Equipment and Steel Structure quality issues with the RET QA/QC manager and site Construction Manager.
 Attend the all discipline Project QA/QC meetings with the Project Management, Contractor and Company.
 Working with NACE,SSPC, GOST, SNIP,ASME and Hyundai Engineering Co. Specifications and Inspection Test Plans .
